We want you to love your White Fox items, but if something isn't quite right, you can return your order for a store credit within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are in their original condition with tags attached and hygiene seals in place.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Download Shipping Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print your prepaid return shipping label and include your original packing slip inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Package and Post

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and drop the parcel off at your nearest authorized shipping location.

• 4.
  Receive Store Credit

  After our warehouse team inspects your return, you will receive an email with your store credit voucher to use on your next purchase.
